Patrick Andrews M is a seasoned technical evangelist with over 12 years of experience in web application development and deployment using the Microsoft .NET / .NET Core technology stack. He is highly skilled in crafting immersive user experiences using IoT and Mixed Reality toolkits. Patrick has over 6 years of experience in architecting solutions from traditional monoliths to next-gen microservices and serverless functions. He is proficient in cloud deployment skills on AWS/Azure and has a hands-on approach to virtualization technologies and developing automated solutions for everyday problems. Patrick is a creative, technology-agnostic, and flexible professional with proven analytical skills. He is proficient in researching and crafting solutions for a wide variety of clients. Currently, he is working with L&T as a Microsoft Specialist: Lead: Global Engineering Academy, where he is spearheading cloud transformation project competency development, consulting, and building Microsoft Competency for the organization through learning, training, and custom programs. Prior to this, Patrick worked with Infosys as a Lead and Senior Member of Technical Staff. During his tenure, he was responsible for architecting solutions on cloud native applications using Microsoft Technology Stack and/or Open Source frameworks for internal/external clients. He developed innovative learning engagements in LMS, identified and defined processes to understand, assess, and motivate learning of technology stack, and developed goal-oriented competency programs for organization-level and unit-level participants. Patrick also delivered classroom and virtual presence sessions with hands-on driven content for participants, mentored and shaped team members in development, content creation, and immersive pedagogies of learning. Patrick holds a Master’s Degree in Software Systems from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science from Anna University. He is proficient in AWS, Azure, Microservices, Web, infra, and Software Engineering.
